The well-being of children, families and staff is of huge importance to us.

We have a well-being charter which lays out our commitment to well-being. There is a section for children's well-being and a section for adult well-being. We monitor children's well-being and involvement and support children accordingly. Each class has a well-being resources pack.

SUPPORTING ADULT MENTAL HEALTH

People feel a range of different emotions: frustration, loneliness, anxiety, low mood. The following advice is taken from www.nhs.uk
1. Plan practical things (food- shopping and meals, regular medications)
2. Stay connected with others (use phone, messaging, video calls or social media) to get intouch and stay in touch
3. Talk about your worries (see the list of organisations below)
4. Look after your body
-Drink enough water
-Exercise
-Eat a balanced diet
5. Stay on top of difficult feelings (Focus on things you can control)
6. Do not stay glued to the news and use trustworthy websites
7. Carry on doing things you enjoy e.g.
-A hobby
-Learn something new (online tutorials)
-Quizzes
